Olivia K. Smith is the founder of The Smith Law Group and serves as Of Counsel to Cornetet Meyer Rush & Spillane. She has been practicing law since 2007 and is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.

Olivia focuses her practice on estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, asset protection, probate and estate administration, guardianships, and special needs planning. She is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions with compassion, practical guidance, and personalized solutions.

Olivia particularly enjoys developing strategies that preserve assets while helping clients qualify for long-term care benefits when needed. She believes that every client deserves an individualized plan that provides peace of mind and protects both their wishes and their legacy.

Earlier in her career, Olivia maintained a broad domestic relations practice, including divorce and family law. While she no longer actively practices in those areas, that experience continues to provide valuable insight when addressing the family dynamics and planning considerations that often arise in estate planning and elder law matters.

Olivia meets with clients at The Smith Law Group’s Newport, Kentucky office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, virtually as requested, and at Cornetet Meyer Rush & Spillane located at 123 Boggs Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45246 on Tuesdays.
